Natalie Foley is the co-author of The Experimentation Field Book: A Step-by-Step Project Guide and a seasoned builder, innovator, and leader. Over the last 20 years, she has taken products, programs, and teams from 0 to 1 and set them on a path to scale. At lemus&co, Natalie leverages her deep expertise in experimentation and strategy to help organizations launch early, tangible pilots that de-risk customer-centered change initiatives, empowering teams to create solutions their customers love.
With a diverse background spanning sectors and industries, Natalie’s experience enables her to blend exploratory thinking with practical execution. She brings a unique ability to navigate the complexities of launching and scaling new initiatives, fostering alignment, and telling compelling stories that drive momentum.
Natalie recently led the Services Delivery team at Opportunity@Work, where she co-built, tested, and delivered services to rewire the labor market for STARs (Skilled Through Alternative Routes). Before that, as CEO of Peer Insight, she guided clients like Kimberly-Clark, AARP, and Canon in developing multi-million dollar ventures by uniting design, business, and entrepreneurship to de-risk innovation.
Her earlier career included strategic roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, where she led growth, tech, and turnaround projects across the private and federal sectors, including work with Allstate, the World Bank, and USAID’s Afghanistan program. She holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business and a BA in Psychology from The College of William & Mary.
