Evelyn brings over 20 years of experience in customer experience, product strategy, and organizational transformation to the lemus&co team. As the former Chief Customer Experience Officer at Sunrun, Evelyn led marketing, product, design, and communications, driving growth from a $600M to $2B market cap while guiding a 5,000-person company to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Evelyn is also the founder of Ruby Money, a platform that helps solo entrepreneurs automate savings and taxes for retirement. Her passion for design-led innovation and human-centered problem solving was honed during her tenure at Capital One, where she spearheaded a cultural transformation to embed design thinking at every level—from early career associates to the C-suite. Evelyn’s work focused on grounding strategies in human insights and using rapid prototyping to validate ideas and reduce risk.
At lemus&co, Evelyn leverages her expertise to help organizations launch early, tangible pilots that de-risk change initiatives, enabling workforces to embrace customer-centered behaviors and create solutions customers love. She also advises senior executive teams, guiding them in fostering collaborative, customer-centered cultures that drive long-term impact.
